安装使用说明书

一、航空标志球作用及设置

1.产品作用   

根据国际民航组织《国际标准和建设措施—机场》附件十四和国家有关规定，对于架空的输电线，尤其是超高压（50万千伏）输电缆线、跨江输电缆线，应在线路上设置形状醒目的航空标志球，以提供警示标志。

2.设置要求

·标志球安装在架空塔的防雷地线的钢缆上，每个标志球的间距不

  能超出30米，等间设置。

·标志球为橙色。

·涉及多条电线、电缆等场合，标志球应设在不低于所标志的最高

  的架空线高度处。

    According to Annex 14 of the InternationalCivil Aviation Organization and relevant national regulations, for aerialtransmission wire, especially extra high voltage cable conductor and crossriver cable conductor, Cable and Guy Markers with conspicuous shape should beset along the wire to provide warning signs. ZHT-102/ZAQ1 Spherical Markers,meeting above ruler, is designed as below:

·diameter of the Spherical Markers ф60cm

·theball should be orange

·theball should be made of engineering reinforced plastics

·theweight of the sphere should be 6kg

Settingrequirements

1.  TheSpherical Markers should be installed on the steel cable of the lighteningproof earth line on the aerial tower. The space between marking balls shouldnot exceed 30 meters and the space should be the same.

2.  SphericalMarkers should be white or orange, and sphere of this two colors should be setalternatively.

3.  Incase there are multiple wires and cables, marking balls should set not lowerthan the highest overhead line.

二、ZAQ60航空标志球特点及结构

1.产品特点

·航空标志球直径 ф=600mm。

·球体颜色为橙色。

·球体材料为工程增强树脂，球面为反光涂层。

·球重量15kg。

·使用环境温度 -55℃～75℃。

·使用寿命 大于10年。

·抗紫外线，不退色。

Structure and Characteristics of theSpherical Markers

三、使用说明

ZAQ60航空标志球的使用应遵循以下要求：

1.施工安全：安装时必须严格执行行业相关安全措施。

2.安装数量、颜色、位置必须与原设计相符。

3.挂点保护：根据设计要求，配备护线条对导线加以保护。

并根据地线及护线条外径选择合适的标志球铝合金线夹尺寸。

4.根据防振设计要求配置相应数量及型号的防振锤。

5.组装应满足技术要求，零部件无缺损，固定螺栓按要求紧固。

ZAQ60 Airlines logo ball used shallcomply with the following requirements:Construction safety: the installationmust be strictly enforced industry relevant safety measures.Installationnumber, color, position must be consistent with the original design.Hangingpoint protection: according to the design requirements, with support for wire lineprotection.And according to the ground and support line diameter selection ofsuitable logo ball aluminum alloy wire clamp size.According to the antivibration design requirements configuration corresponding to the number andtype of damper.The assembly shall meet the technical requirements, partswithout defect, in accordance with the requirements of fixed bolt fastening.

四、安装

1.安装部件

·铝合金线夹：

航空标志球通过球体两侧的铝合金线夹固定在导线所配置的护线条上，每只线夹有四条M10螺栓紧固。

·侧面紧固螺栓：

标志球两侧设有两条M6侧面紧固螺栓。

·所有螺栓、平垫圈、弹簧垫圈、六角螺母均为不锈钢（304）材质。

·紧固采用双螺母方式，内侧为六角螺母，外侧采用美国施必牢六角凸缘防松螺母，以防止紧固件松动。

美国施必牢六角凸缘防松螺母安装力矩要求：

M6  施必牢螺母 安装力矩 9～10Nm

M10施必牢螺母 安装力矩 50～55Nm              

安装时请采用扭力扳手，以保证其符合力矩要求，达到防松作用。              

2.安装步骤

·在设计图纸指定位置，配置预绞式护线条。预绞式护线条需紧固在导线上并完全防止滑移。

·将航空标志球安装在护线条上，锁紧所有螺栓。要求部件齐全无缺损，弹簧垫圈应压平，防松螺母的紧固应符合力矩要求。见图6

·按设计要求装配防振锤。

Installation

1. Aluminum alloy wire clamp:

Aeronautical marker ball by ball on bothsides of the aluminum alloy wire clamp is fixed on the wire of theconfiguration of the support line, each clamp with four M10 fastening bolt.

Side fastening bolts:

Mark the ball is arranged on both sides oftwo M6 side fastening bolt.

All bolts, washers, spring washers, sixangles are made of stainless steel ( 304) material.

Double nut fastening way, inside the sixangles, with the United States of America six lateral angle flange anti-loose nut, to prevent the fastener fromloosening. The United States of America six angle flange locknut installationtorque requirements:

M6 nut mounting torque 9 ~ 10Nm

M10 nut mounting torque 50 ~ 55Nm

Install please use torque wrench, in orderto ensure compliance with the torque requirement, reach anti-loosing effect.

2. Installation steps

In the design drawings of the specifiedlocation, configuration of preformed armor lines. Preformed armour linesrequired fastening on the wire and completely prevent slippage.

The airline logo ball is installed in theprotective line, locking all bolts. Requirements of parts complete withoutdefect, spring washers shall be flattened, anti-loose nut fastening shall be inaccordance with the torque requirements. See Figure 6
